FAQ
Questions before your first visit
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You can book directly. Some insurance plans ask for a referral to pay, so check your policy if you want to claim.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, like shorts and a T-shirt, so we can see and treat the area easily.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem. After your assessment we tell you what we expect, and most people feel a difference within the first few visits.
Physio or chiropractor: which should I book?
Not sure? Book an initial assessment with any therapist. We work as one team and will point you to the right care.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Yes, just give us 24 hours’ notice by phone or email so someone else can use the time.
